What is Color-Sublimation and UV-Printing?

Color-sublimated plates are NOT engraved, meaning there is no texture on the plate after the text/design is transferred. Instead, the plate undergoes a different process. Designs are heated into metal at a high temperature, causing the ink to turn into a gas and bind to the metal. Colors-sublimation allows the use of colors. This makes them perfect for colorful logos or fun text!

Rex Trophies is excited to now offer UV-Printing! UV-Printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultra-violet lights to dry or cure ink as it is printed. Curing or drying of the ink is done instantly. As a result, you’re left with a durable design! This process allows us to print designs on a multitude of products like drinkware, metal, wood, canvas, glass, and so on. Altogether, UV-Printing is a fantastic way to showcase your colorful artwork!
