We’re experienced when it comes to formatting custom plates; you can trust us to appropriately size text, add italics or bold text where appropriate, and capitalize letters when needed. Browse our featured fonts to select your plate’s font, and indicate in the “Special Request to the Trophy Artist” section if you’d like multiple fonts. Not quite sure which font to choose? Select “I Trust the Trophy Artist” in the Font Choices drop-down to have a Trophy Artist skillfully design your name badge!

Laser-Engraved Plastic & Color-Sublimation Badges

We understand the importance of a long-lasting badge! As a result, we pride ourselves on our skills in the field of laser-engraving. Laser-engraving enables a precise approach to traditional rotary engraving and produces lustrous text and artwork. In other words, you receive a phenomenal custom badge that we’re sure you will love!

Color-sublimated plates are NOT engraved, meaning there’s no texture on the plate after the text/design is transferred. Instead, the plate undergoes a different process. We heat our designs into metal, where the heat causes the ink to turn into a gas and adhere to the material. Above all, color-sublimation allows the use of colors. Undeniably, this makes them perfect for colorful logos or fun text!
